• Design of wall sections and details.
• Co-ordination of information with consultants to develop project to construction.

Main Projects: St Andrew`s  Primary school extension, Mount Hope Medical School Recreation Center & a private residence.

• High level of responsibility generating construction drawings based on consultation with structural and services engineers.
• Preparation of application packages for planning approval and environmental clearance of a large multifamily housing project.
• Experience in site meetings with project consultants, both independently and with project architect.
• Physical model making for client meetings and design development.

Main Project: LEED certified renovation of historic building with new addition for the HSBC Bank of Bermuda.

• Development of construction details with project architect.
• Design development of projects with co-ordination from consultants.
• Development of drawing details with sustainability consultant.

Young & Wright Architects , Toronto, CA – Intern Architect (Work term: June – Aug. 2005)

Main Project: Markham Town Square design development studies.

• Extensive use of AutoCAD (3D drafting) for the development of an urban town centre.
• Preparation of rendered images for client meetings.

HLW International, New York, US – Intern Architect (Work term: Sept. – Dec. 2004)

Main Projects: Renovation of troubled high schools in Brooklyn & Queens, NY

• Independently responsible for generation of drawings, documentation and presentation materials for design submissions.
• Development of interior design concepts for high end retail stores
• Participation in client and consultant meetings for design development.
